Zapier has launched Canvas, a new tool that helps users plan and diagram their business-critical processes, and Tables, an automation-first database service, which is now generally available to all users.
Canvas is a visual diagramming tool that allows users to map out their entire workflows, regardless of whether they are connected to Zapier or not. This is in contrast to Zapier's virtual editor, which only covers the components that are connected to Zapier.
Canvas also includes an AI component that can help users generate processes based on their desired outcome. This can be useful for tasks such as planning an elaborate birthday party or setting up a complex business process.
Tables is an automation-first database service that allows users to create and manage databases with the power of automation at their fingertips. By integrating Tables into their workflows, businesses can enjoy the benefits of an efficient and collaborative database management system.
In addition to Canvas and Tables, Zapier is also launching a number of smaller feature updates, including a new interactive editor that can handle up to 10 paths, new admin controls, and more integrations (which now number more than 6,000).
These new features and updates make Zapier an even more powerful tool for businesses of all sizes to automate their workflows and improve their productivity.
